I just spent a few hours catching up on my favorite bloggers. Dan Gillmor is one. I'm reading his book, We, the Media, which is the second watershed book on social media, but something occurred to me, that I can't say for any other uber blogger. Gillmor never has a typo. He never has a conflict of subject and verb, and I know he wouldn't cheat and use an editor.
I have trouble writing my name without having a typo, or a full paragraph without breaking at least one essential rule of grammar. Anyone that meticulous, you'd think was spending hours on each posting. But the guy is a prolific posting machine. How does he do it? I don't know--it's a mystery.
